Our Houston area office in Webster Lives up to its name – as a destination for premier dentistry
Every year, the Houston metro area gets more than 20 million visitors, which makes our part of the country one of the top travel destinations in the country. We at Premier Dental Group want to be your “destination” for comfortable, convenient, caring, and cutting-edge dentistry. From our office in Webster TX, Dr. Mauricio Rodriguez provides a range of premier general, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services for the entire family.
You can feel the difference in how we treat our patients from the moment you enter our well-appointed office. We treat you like the one-of-a-kind individual that you are, not like a number. Likewise, we see you as a “whole person”; you are not just a set of teeth and gums. In addition to our approachable dental team, our practice is characterised by investments that support gentle, fear-free treatment. For instance, we have invested in diagnostic technologies such as digital X-rays. These diagnostic tools are generally associated with far less radiation exposure (up to 90% less radiation) than their conventional radiography counterparts. These and other technologies are also designed to diagnose oral conditions in a non-invasive, painless manner that minimizes risks and promotes healing.
In addition to being located in the Houston area, which means we are never too far away from you and your family, our practice’s focus on a convenient, hassle-free experience also shows in our investments in technologies. Notably, we can make restorations such as crowns in just one visit – while you wait. We use the sophisticated E4D computer-aided system to plan, design, fabricate, refine, and place dental crowns and other restorative work. Your mouth is scanned, and images and other information are then transformed into a 3-Dimensional model of the tooth to be treated using specialized software. The tooth is then milled from a block of quality, durable, lifelike dental porcelain. Any refinements can also be made in a matter of moments. Other dentist’s offices would require at least two visits to prepare the tooth and crown, because they do not have the capabilities on site to make dental restorations. Info about the tooth is instead sent to an outside lab, which makes your crown.
The technologies that we use are just an example of our cutting-edge approach to dentistry. However, these tools either enhance or support advanced procedures and even the most complex rehabilitative cases. So, they represent just one aspect of how we take full advantage of all the latest, proven techniques and products that modern dentistry has to offer. Some of these stand-out dental services include:
- Premier tooth replacement with dental implants
- In-office power whitening (whiten by several shades in one visit!)
- Cosmetic alternatives to conventional silver braces; for instance, Invisalign® and Six Month Smiles®
- Composite, white fillings as an alternative to silver-colored metal fillings
- Oral appliances, which non-invasively relieve TMJ symptoms, and promote healthy breathing during sleep (apnea treatment)
- Bone grafting at the dentist you know and trust (without the specialist’s price tag)
- Much more!
We also appreciate that the worst often occurs outside of regular “business hours.” So, we offer emergency dentistry services, too. However, we encourage you to get on a regular schedule of visits to our Webster office for preventive services. Many conditions that require emergency care can be prevented as they are progressive in nature. For instance, gum disease and tooth decay that can cause severe toothaches can be halted before they produce pain and other symptoms and threaten the integrity of your teeth.
We offer a full range of dental services and treatment for the whole family, including cleanings and exams; crowns and bridges; wisdom teeth extraction; dentures and more. At Premier Dental, we strive to put you and your family completely at ease while under our care. We understand that many people are reluctant to go to the dentist, especially children. We work hard to make our office a welcoming environment for everyone.
Seven out of 10 adults between the ages of 35 – 44 will experience the loss of a tooth to tooth decay, accident or gum disease. Dental implants offer a permanent solution to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth or a full upper and/or lower set of teeth! They look and feel like natural teeth, with no special care required.
Up to 15% of the adult population in the United States suffers from some level of dental fear, dental anxiety, dentist phobia, odontophobia, or dentophobia. Don’t let a fear of the dentist keep you from taking care of your teeth! Sedation dentistry uses medication to help patients relax during their procedures.
If you are hiding your smile because of crooked, missing, damaged, or discolored teeth, talk to Premier Dental about our cosmetic dentistry! Our modern techniques and processes will ensure better long-term health for your teeth and gums while also giving your teeth a more attractive appearance, increasing your self-confidence and esteem.
Straighter teeth can increase self-confidence and esteem, as well as making teeth easier to brush and floss, reducing the chances of gum disease. We offer a full range of orthodontic options, including traditional braces, Invisalign® clear braces, and Six Month Smiles® to patients of all ages.
Temporomandibular disorders occur as a result of problems with the jaw, jaw joint (or TMJ), and surrounding facial muscles. TMJ symptoms include radiating pain in the face, jaw or neck; limited movement or locking jaw; or painful clicking, popping or grating when opening or closing mouth.
Periodontal disease, also commonly known as gum disease, requires consistent specialized treatment, or it can spread rapidly and lead to tooth and bone loss. We offer a wide range of special periodontal maintenance procedures above and beyond what you get during regular six-month check-ups. Whether your gum disease is in the earliest stages or has advanced to a later stage, we can help.
18 million Americans suffer from a condition called sleep apnea. Those who suffer from the condition experience trouble breathing properly due to blockages in their airways which not only affects their quality of sleep, but can also cause headaches, sore throats and the horrible snoring. The good news is that we can safely and effectively treat your obstructive sleep apnea!
